( This is a VERY photo heavy post )
I absolutely love fall and all of the wonderful fall activities, one of my very favorite being visiting pumpkin patches and picking out the perfect pumpkin! We have been to several over the years, and this past weekend my family had the opportunity to visit the Happy Hollows Pumpkin Patch, located in Crocker, Missouri ( you can find the full address at the bottom of this post ). This was our first time visiting this particular pumpkin patch, and will not be our last…my kids had an absolute BLAST and informed us that they NEVER wanted to leave! But seriously, who would?! Happy Hollows has SO many activities for families to enjoy that you really get lost in the fun and end up playing the day away!
Happy Hollows offers An amazingly adorable petting zoo full of friendly animals your children ( and yourself! ) can feed and pet! The animals include yak, llama, turkey, goats, chickens, and most exciting of all…a wallaby! Seriously A wallaby! While you are there you have the opportunity to go on a tractor pulled hayride, which takes you to their amazing pumpkin patch full of a wide variety of pumpkins in various shapes, sizes and colors! The best part? Your child receives a free pumpkin of their choosing with their admission! This is a first for us…at other patches that we have visited, we have been limited to tiny baby pumpkins, but at Happy Hollow, they have free choice of any pumpkin in the patch!( my kids were absolutely delighted!) There are also multiple other activities to choose from! ( some are free, and some require a small fee ) These activities include: water duck races ( my son’s favorite! ), a hay jungle gym, a corn box, zipline ( another favorite! ), catapult, corn cannon, and two corn mazes…one of which is perfect for the little tiny ones who want in on the fun as well!
The atmosphere at Happy Hollows was perfect! It was super peaceful and laid back ( this is very important to me ), the staff super duper helpful and friendly and the entire location was SUPER clean! ( even the little portapotties were cleanest I have ever been in! ) We had such a nice time just strolling around letting the kids play in and on the many many play spots/toys. We also were able to get a ton of great photos! However, I recommend waiting to until the afternoon to get portrait type shots…I was really disappointed that most of the my photos from the early afternoon were covered in shadows and too bright to print. Poo! Speaking of which, Happy Hollows is a GREAT spot to take fall photos of your children and entire family! There are so many fall themed spots and rustic looking locations to snap amazing photos, and if you aren’t much of a photographer yourself, Happy Hollows has a photographer visiting this upcoming weekend! ( I will post details at the end of this post )
In conclusion, It is safe to say we have found our most favorite Pumpkin Patch, and I know my children will enjoy visiting for years to come…especially since I have heard around the patch, that Happy Hollows is always adding a new attraction here and there each year! How fun! I know my kids cannot wait to go back and we were only just there!
Happy Hollows is a fun, safe, clean, fall enthusiasts dream land, where you can have a great time enjoying the weather, your family, and all of the wonderful pumpkins!

My kids love the Duck Races!
It’s even a great spot for those sometimes uncooperative first time patch goers! It was no trouble pushing the stroller around the grounds and Mr. Augie had a great time taking it all in! ( we literally got no pictures of him smiling or really looking at the camera 😉 )
They has the most fun slide set up! Haybales and big tubes…so neat!
This was Lennon’s 2nd favorite! The little train! They staff was so amazing, they were super great when he just ran up and hopped in…oops! 😉
The big Hay Maze…my kids had to show us the way!
My girl enjoying all of the neat things they had to play with!
