How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
How much is shipping?
We offer 3 methods for shipping:
Air Mail (5-10 business days)
Surface Air Lift (2-3 weeks)
Rush Shipping (1-5 days)
For Surface Air Lift, we charge $3.49 (plus $0.69 for each additional item) for all orders from the US,UK, Australia, and Canada. Air Mail is $5.48 (plus $1.99 for each additional item).
Shipping to all other countries is $5.99 (plus 99 cents for each additional item).
Tracking is recommended for all orders. In the case of a lost order shipped with no tracking, we cannot provide a refund.
How will my order be shipped?
To offer all customers the cheapest shipping rates possible, all of our orders will be shipped via Surface Air Lift or Economy Int Air lift.
Please note that orders will be shipped in envelopes to ensure the lowest shipping rates possible.

Due to customs holdups, packages may arrive anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks later than the designated time.
Due to the growing number of customers that claim to not have received their orders, we cannot provide a refund for orders placed without tracking information.
Labels on all of our food products are written in Japanese so if you have any food allergies, please do not purchase any food items.

Due to various customs issues in Germany we have experienced in the past, some orders to Germany may be rejected at customs and sent back to the sender. For such orders, we will only be able to refund the product total.
Our store is not supported by Stripe and therefore orders will no longer be able to placed through the marketplace. Therefore, orders will only be able to be made through our custom store.
